Job Description
Freedom Forever is a national leader in residential solar energy, delivering top-tier solar solutions backed by industry-leading warranties and rapid installation timelines. We’ve partnered with Aurum Home Solutions, a Minnesota-based firm specializing in smart home, internet, wireless, and solar services, to bring clean energy directly to homeowners across the state.
Role Overview
We’re seeking motivated, people-driven Solar Sales Consultants to join our door-to-door sales team. As a key part of our outreach efforts, you'll engage directly with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of solar, and guide them through the process of making the switch to clean energy.
This is a face-to-face, field sales position — you’ll be walking neighborhoods, knocking doors, and setting appointments with qualified homeowners interested in going solar.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate leads and educate homeowners on solar energy.
- Present and sell customized solar solutions based on homeowners’ energy needs.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline through closing.
- Collaborate with the Freedom Forever and Aurum Home Solutions teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Prior sales experience (especially door-to-door) is a plus, but not required.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and engaging with people face-to-face.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
