Job Description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Rotation Associate to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This is based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in office role.
The Manufacturing Rotation Associate is an entry-level professional position designed to develop future leaders within our manufacturing operations. This structured program provides hands-on experience in multiple facets of the manufacturing environment including production, quality, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, maintenance and continuous improvement. The associate will gain valuable insights into operations while building the technical and leadership skills necessary for long-term career growth within the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Complete assigned rotations across various manufacturing functions, typically lasting 6-8 months each.
- Participate in daily production activities to understand core manufacturing processes and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to recommend operational enhancements.
- Support quality and safety initiatives in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with project management tasks, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership at the end of each rotation.
- Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset throughout the program.
- Oversee team leads, team members, and other resources in achieving the production schedule while improving safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Create, document, and sustain standardized work practices.
- Develop and implement production scalability, workflow plans.
- Implement new assembly process and operations.
- Initiate and facilitate problem solving groups to resolve issues in order to meet the current and future needs of the company.
- Achieve quality and productivity metrics.
- Enforce all safety policies to promote a safe and inclusive work group.
- Develop and implement 5S and housekeeping programs.
- Achieve technical training and versatility required to obtain domain expertise.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Must be graduating between May 2024 and August 2025

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow into leadership roles
- Computer systems knowledge including proficiency with MS Office programs
- Organized with good planning and time management skills
- Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods on solid surfaces
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment.

Salary Ranges
$67,200.00 - $96,800.00
