Umsetzung der Qualitätsrichtlinien und Überwachung der Einhaltung des Quality Control Plans (QCP) auf der Baustelle
Kontrolle der Bauprozesse und Bauteile: Segmentanlieferung, Vergussmaterialien, Turminnenausbau etc.
Überprüfung der Vormontage und Endmontage der Betonturmsegmente inkl. Durchführung von Audits
Endabnahme des gesamten Turms vor Übergabe an das Projektmanagement
Identifikation, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Nichtkonformitäten während der Bauphase
Kontrolle der Qualitätsdokumentation und -methoden der Subunternehmer vor Ort
Tägliche Qualitätsberichterstattung sowie Koordination mit dem globalen Qualitätsteam

Ihr Profil

Technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Bauwesen, idealerweise mit Windenergieprojekten und Qualitätssicherung
Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisetätigkeiten und dauerhafter Präsenz auf der Baustelle
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Analytisches Denken und Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Lösung technischer Fragestellungen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
