Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Team Lead – IT Applications (ERP) to join our team in Szczecin. This role will play a pivotal part in administering our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system, leading the deployment of new configurations, setting up legal entities within the ERP, and importantly, coordinating and guiding a team of 7 professionals.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and optimizing D365 capacity utilization
- Validating D365 backend forms, tables, and data relationships
- Configuring and managing security roles and permissions
- Administering LCS environments
- Handling access packages through entitlement management
- Registering and integrating applications (e.g. Entra ID, D365)
- Creating and auditing environments
- Configuring and maintaining Dataverse
- Installing, upgrading, and deploying D365 features and code
- Executing post-database scripts and reviewing module changes
- Reviewing ISV changelogs and updates
- Designing and maintaining Lasernet, security, and connectivity studio architecture
- Managing ServiceDesk tasks
- Handling change requests and process improvements
- Coordinating Microsoft cleanup routines and data archiving
- Exporting financial data and supporting security audits
- Managing the D365 Team
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional specialization in Business Administration or a similar discipline is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system administration, preferably in a manufacturing or production industry environment.
- Strong understanding of D365 functionalities and configurations
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP development/configuration tools, especially within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of D365 data architecture and basics of extraction and imports (data interchange)
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud services, particularly as they relate to supporting the D365 ecosystem (e.g., Power Platform, Azure Data Storage, Azure Active Directory).
- MB-300 exam passed will be an advantage
- Experience with at least one programming language and familiarity with ALM tools will be an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage, coach, and develop an IT applications team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Note: This position may require occasional travel between KK locations.
