Job Description

Solar Works is looking for experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in solar, roofing, or HVAC. If you’ve been one of the top closers in your company—or you know you should be—you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home consultations with prequalified homeowners
  • Present custom solutions that may include solar, roofing, and/or HVAC
  • Manage your personal pipeline from initial consult to closed sale
  • Help customers navigate financing and product options
  • Work closely with our install, CX, and ops teams to ensure 5-star results

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of direct sales experience in solar, roofing, or HVAC (more is better)

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to grow
  • Tech-savvy with basic CRM and digital tools experience
