HDF Energy recrute un(e) Business Development Manager pour développer nos activités en Tunisie.
Vous serez notamment en charge des missions suivantes :
Développement de projets & recherche foncière
- Identifier, qualifier et sécuriser des terrains adaptés au développement des projets d'HDF.
- Nouer des contacts avec les propriétaires fonciers, autorités locales et agences gouvernementales concernées.
Veille et stratégie de développement
- Réaliser une veille active du marché de l’énergie et des dynamiques industrielles en Tunisie.
- Suivre les politiques publiques, les évolutions réglementaires et les initiatives concurrentes.
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de développement et proposer des stratégies d’implantation.
Coordination interne et relations institutionnelles
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, juridiques et commerciales de HDF.
- Représenter HDF lors d’événements, conférences et salons professionnels afin d’accroître la visibilité de l’entreprise sur le marché local.
Vous serez en interaction quotidienne avec l'ensemble des équipes d’HDF Energy ainsi qu'avec les partenaires d’HDF Energy France et Internationale.
Ce poste peut donc nécessiter des déplacements en France et à l'étranger.
Vos atouts pour le poste
Expérience dans le développement de projets énergétiques, industriels ou d’infrastructures en Tunisie.
Bonne connaissance du tissu institutionnel, foncier et administratif tunisien.
Capacité à mener des négociations foncières et à gérer des relations multi acteurs.
Esprit d’analyse, rigueur, autonomie et excellent relationnel.
Maîtrise du français et de l’arabe (écrit et oral) ; l’anglais est un atout important.
Mobilité sur l’ensemble du territoire tunisien (déplacements réguliers à prévoir).
