Vanuit het Westland, aan de rand van Den Haag, voorzien wij al ruim 22 jaar particulieren, ondernemers, woco's en woningbouwbedrijven van zonne‑energie, met een persoonlijke aanpak. Jouw rol

Ben jij een pietje‑precies met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een gezonde liefde voor cijfers? Draai jij je hand niet om voor een (digitale) stapel facturen en heb je een zesde zintuig voor openstaande betalingen?

Dan ben jij misschien wel onze nieuwe Medewerker Financiële Administratie. In deze rol ben jij de held(in) achter de schermen die ervoor zorgt dat alle facturen voor onze vijf business units kloppen, op tijd verzonden worden en logisch inzichtelijk zijn voor onze klanten. Je bewaakt dat al het uitgevoerde werk netjes wordt gefactureerd en dat klanten precies krijgen wat ze verwachten. Daarmee speel je een sleutelrol in onze klanttevredenheid. Daarnaast ben je ook onze waakhond op het gebied van debiteurenbeheer en zorgt ervoor dat alle facturen altijd op tijd betaald worden.

Wat je gaat doen

Opstellen, controleren en verwerken van facturen voor onze vijf business units;
Bewaken dat al het werk ook echt wordt gefactureerd;
Zorgen dat klanten duidelijke, juiste en tijdige facturen ontvangen;
Actief beheren van openstaande posten en nabellen van debiteuren;
Signaleren van afwijkingen en oplossen van factuurvragen;
Slim gebruikmaken van onze automatiseringen, jij laat systemen voor je werken, niet andersom.

Wie je bent

Je hebt ervaring in financiële administratie of een passende MBO/HBO opleiding afgerond;
Werkt secuur, gestructureerd en houdt van overzicht;
Bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk én assertief als dat nodig is;
Vindt het leuk om met slimme software en automatisering te werken;
Spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands (Engels is mooi meegenomen);
Ervaring met Exact Online of soortgelijke software is een pre.
