Hledáme spolehlivou a organizovanou asistentku, která se stane oporou našeho týmu!
Náplň práce
- Zajištění chodu recepce (vítání návštěv, vyřizování pošty a telefonů)
- Back office obchodního oddělení (příprava podkladů, zpracování nabídek, správa CRM systému Raynet)
- Plánování a organizace schůzek a návštěv
- Komunikace s klienty a partnery
- Další administrativní úkoly dle potřeby
Požadujeme
- S vzdělání
- Zkušenosti s administrativní prací výhodou
- Velmi dobrá znalost MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Angličtina na úrovni A2/B1 výhodou
- Výborné komunikační a organizační schopnosti
- Pečlivost, spolehlivost, flexibilita a proaktivní přístup
- Schopnost pracovat samostatně i v týmu
