Description de poste
Intégré(e) à l’équipe logistique, vous contribuerez à la bonne gestion des stocks de pièces de maintenance tout en alternant formation théorique en centre et apprentissage pratique sur le terrain.
Sous la supervision de votre tuteur·rice, vos missions principales seront :
- Réception des livraisons et vérification de la conformité des produits reçus
- Rangement du matériel et des produits dans le respect des procédures internes
- Préparation des commandes et conditionnement des pièces
- Participation aux inventaires réguliers, saisie des mouvements de stock dans la GMAO
- Suivi du stockage selon les consignes de sécurité et de qualité de l’entreprise
Vous pourrez également être amené(e) à participer à des tâches administratives :
- Rédaction de devis selon cahier des charges
- Création de bons de commande, suivi de facturation
- Participation à la rédaction de plans de prévention, offres commerciales, reporting
- Archivage, classement et mise à jour de la documentation
Profil recherché
Dans le cadre de cette alternance, nous recherchons un·e candidat·e préparant une formation en logistique, gestion des stocks ou supply chain (de type Bac Pro, Titre Professionnel ou BTS).
Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’organisation et votre capacité à travailler en équipe. Curieux·se et motivé·e, vous avez envie d’apprendre et de vous investir dans un environnement dynamique.
Une première expérience, même courte, en logistique (stage, job d’été, etc.) serait un atout.
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques de base, notamment Excel, et idéalement familiarisé·e avec un logiciel de gestion de stock ou de GMAO.
Durée : 1 à 2 ans.
