  • Own and manage system configurations, updates, and integrations, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance interoperability with enterprise tools such as Procore, ArcGIS, and other Development & Construction technology platforms.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors, coordinating resolution of complex technical issues and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service standards.
  • Design and deliver structured training programs and user enablement strategies for field teams, project managers, and office personnel, fostering adoption and maximizing the value of supported systems.
  • Manage application lifecycles through an IT Service Management (ITSM) framework, ensuring structured deployment, change control, and incident resolution. Track all activity in the ITSM platform to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend improvements that enhance system support and performance.
  • Analyze and resolve escalated user issues, leveraging root cause analysis and trend identification to implement sustainable solutions and reduce recurring incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Business Transformation, Project Delivery) to ensure data integrity, optimize system usage, and support strategic initiatives through technology.
  • Document and communicate system changes, enhancements, and best practices to stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Attend work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
  • Comply with the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Model and promote a safety- and quality-first culture, leading by example and reinforcing best practices across all supported systems and teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HeavyJob and other Development & Construction systems by implementing validation protocols, monitoring data quality, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Lead and document system audits to verify compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices; drive remediation and continuous improvement initiatives based on findings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to design and maintain seamless data flows and integrations between HeavyJob, Procore, ArcGIS, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Continuously evaluate system performance and user experience, leveraging analytics and stakeholder feedback to recommend and implement enhancements that improve operational efficiency and align with business goals.
  • Own the communication and change management process for system updates, enhancements, and new feature rollouts, ensuring stakeholders are informed, trained, and supported throughout the lifecycle.
