Job Description
Do you want to drive documentation and quality assurance for the green energy transition?
Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Project Engineer who wants to leave your mark on the global energy industry? If so, we want to hear from you!
In your new position as Project Engineer in the Wind Service division, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated Project Execution & QA Team, whose mission is to ensure high-quality documentation and compliance in offshore wind projects. You will have the chance to shape and improve our project documentation processes and contribute directly to safety and quality standards in the green energy sector.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 20–30 days per year.

In your work, you’ll help make sure everything—from the preparation phase to execution—is done to the highest standard. You’ll be part of a motivated and innovative team, working closely with the service project team and the wider service organization, all focused on giving our clients the best possible experience,” says Klaus Iversen Grau, Senior Manager, Service Projects.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and improving documentation and quality processes throughout project lifecycles.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Establishing, maintaining, and controlling project documentation in line with standards and client requirements
- Supporting project teams with technical documentation and compliance reporting
- Coordinating internal and external reviews of documents and quality procedures
- Performing quality assurance checks and supporting compliance with safety regulations
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for a structured and collaborative engineer who is passionate about documentation, compliance, and quality management. You have a proactive and process-oriented approach to your work and are eager to contribute to the green energy transition.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Solid experience with document control, quality assurance, or project engineering
- Knowledge of ISO standards and QA/QC procedures
- A technical or engineering background – preferably within offshore wind or another regulated industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- The ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams
