Your Missions

Our Operation & Maintenance Team is looking for an experienced and motivated O&M Site Manager to be responsible for one of our sites in Uzbekistan, namely, in Khorezm Province.

The O&M Site Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide fast on-site and remote troubleshooting, recommend and implement fault recovery solutions for production reestablishment;
  • Carry out on-site specialized technical maintenance activities;
  • Participate in Integrated Commissioning & Start-up activities;
  • Carry out on-site technical assessments
  • Provide technical reports and evidences to support claiming processes;
  • Provide training and technical workshops to spread and consolidate maintenance competences and skills;
  • Participate in development of maintenance management processes and systems;
  • Produce technical documentation to support the maintenance activity;
  • Recommend/ study more effective and efficient maintenance practices and tools;
  • Disseminate good practices and standards;
  • Contribute to the develop of reliability studies and failures analysis;
  • Participate in monitoring and audit of implemented processes, procedures and activities.

Qualifications & Experiences

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Degree or Master in Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering;
  • Experience in commissioning and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants;
  • Experience in photovoltaic power plants (preferred);
  • Experience in electronics and automation fault detection techniques and troubleshooting;
  • Maintenance Management - Standards and Continues Improvement Process
  • Experience in SCADA and remote control systems;
  • Experience in data acquisition and communications systems (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and reporting software;
  • Advanced English reading/writing/speaking (mandatory).
