We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Project Coordinator to join our growing team based in Harrison, Ohio. This hybrid role provides essential administrative support to the Project Management team while overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate documentation and timely material management to support the delivery of materials for the projects.
Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations: Manage inventory of controls equipment, panels, and project materials; Receive, inspect, and verify all deliveries against purchase orders; Coordinate the preparation, staging, and contact the project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites; Monitor material usage and provide reporting for accurate job costing; Maintain warehouse organization, safety compliance, and operational efficiency; Oversee care, tracking, and maintenance of tools and equipment; coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Project Administration: Support Project Managers by preparing and maintaining project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and closeout packages; Maintain project schedules, procurement logs, and tracking reports to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget; Assist with change orders, billing support, and project reporting as directed; Facilitate communication between Project Managers, field teams, and vendors to ensure alignment of project requirements; Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical project records.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in warehouse operations, project administration, or related field.
Additional Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
