Product Manager (f/m/d) - Transformer Service Product Lifecycle Management

Job Description

In this exciting position, you will lead the progress and improvement of Siemens Energy's transformer service expansion portfolio, with a significant focus on creativity and collaborative efforts. You'll identify, compose, and build new service offerings.

Your day will be spent translating vision into action: from conceptualization and strategy through market launch and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with global teams across engineering, sales, R&D, and marketing. Additionally, you will work together with suppliers and customers to develop solutions that support Siemens Energy's sustainability goals.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead the expansion of Siemens Energy's transformer service portfolio by developing innovative, customer-centric offerings that are scalable and drive sustainability and business performance
• Run pilot initiatives to validate new service concepts, gather customer feedback, and refine offerings for successful market entry
• Establish strategic partnerships with internal and external customers to co-create services that extend asset life and reduce environmental impact
• Drive commercialization efforts through structured innovation processes and R&D project management, ensuring timely roll-out and adoption
• Transfer developed portfolio elements to our operations organization as a strategic step in scaling delivery and impact

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience with transformers or other high-voltage assets, and a deep understanding of service business models
• Strong background in innovation, strategic partnerships, or M&A is a plus
• Business acumen and creativity to develop customer-centric, commercially viable solutions
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• High intercultural competence and experience in global, interdisciplinary teams
• Entrepreneurial attitude, organized approach, and effective working style
