Job Description

The Clean Fight is a not-for-profit business accelerator working to significantly speed the growth of the inclusive clean energy economy of New York State, and beyond. Our goal is to help fulfill the necessarily aggressive climate targets enacted by the City and State, with a growth-stage accelerator and grant programs focused on scaling the best climate tech companies from around the world. We do this by assisting with business development, corporate and investor partnerships, tailored technical support, and providing non-dilutive grants to help de-risk pilots in New York State.

Underpinning our work is a focus on supporting solutions that will disproportionately impact frontline and underserved communities, supporting underrepresented founders, and ensuring that the energy transition is just and equitable.

We are supported by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), a public benefit corporation advancing clean, resilient, and affordable energy solutions for New Yorkers and the US Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Department of Commerce. We are the NY chapter of New Energy Nexus, an international non-profit organization that strives to achieve a 100% clean energy economy for 100% of the population in the shortest time possible by supporting diverse clean energy entrepreneurs with funds, accelerators, and networks. New Energy Nexus operates programs in the US, China, India, Southeast Asia, and East Africa.
