Junior Finance Controller

What you would work on

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring and financial reporting.
• Supporting audits and improving financial documentation and internal controls.
• Working closely with multiple departments to ensure financial transparency.
• Actively contributing to the improvement and structuring of financial processes, tools and reporting as the company continues to scale.

What makes you a great candidate

• Around 1 year of experience in financial controlling, audit or a similar finance-related field.
• Strong interest in finance within the renewable energy sector.
• Basic understanding of financial drivers in project-based businesses (CAPEX, OPEX, contracts, cash flows).
• Proactive mindset - you are not looking for a fixed routine role, but want to help build and improve processes.
• Analytical thinking combined with attention to detail.
• Confidence to ask questions and communicate openly across teams.
• Solid Excel skills and comfort working with financial data.
