Welcome to European Energy Deutschland in Markkleeberg/Leipzig or Teuchern! We plan, build and operate wind farms, photovoltaic parks and battery storage systems. With lean processes and short decision-making paths, we create space for creativity and new ideas that really advance the energy transition in Germany.

Thanks to our positive and pragmatic mentality and our focus on the needs of our employees, we have been voted one of the top 5% of employers in Germany on the Kununu rating platform for the past four years.

Internally, we are characterized by cooperation and communication at eye level. We want all our employees to be themselves and do what they do best to move us forward as a team.

However, fairness is also at the heart of our planning activities. We stand for an energy transition with maximum acceptance and have developed regional participation programs to ensure that the entire region benefits from our projects.
