Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Product Designer to join our Customer Experience Development team. In this role, you will solve meaningful problems and shape global tools for sonnen's customers and partners. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create outstanding user experiences.

What you will do to help drive the energy transition

• Collaborate with digital product designers and cross-functional teams to co-create inspiring innovations with lasting impact.
• Design both day-to-day tasks and long-term strategic goals to drive the transition to renewable energy.
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver new features for sonnen's digital B2C, B2B, and internal products.
• Initiate user research, conduct interviews, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Strive for excellent design execution and deliver pixel-perfect UI designs to developers.
• Support the improvement of our ever-growing, never-finished design system.
• Inspire your team and help shape a working atmosphere to excel and enjoy.

What you will need on that journey

• Full-stack product designer skilled in both UX and UI design methodologies.
• 2-3+ years of experience in designing complex digital products and services, using Figma and other current design tools.
• Ability to quickly turn ideas into functional prototypes and designs for fast validation and iteration.
• Experience working in agile project teams, understanding design, development, and business as integrated processes.
• Expertise in designing for different platforms (Web/App) and devices, covering both B2C and B2B products.
• User-centric design approach with experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Proficiency in working with design systems.
• Confidence in moderating workshops and presenting results to various stakeholders across the company (locally and globally).
