Your missions

If you share our ambition and feel ready to deliver our strong commitments, join the Product team - you will be directly reporting to Sofiane, our Chief Technology Officer.

Your main missions:

  • Develop, manage, and enhance the user experience within electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.

User Experience Analysis

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand the expectations and needs of EV users.
  • Use analytical tools to evaluate usage and satisfaction related to charging stations.

Design and Layout

Define the design and layout of the charging stations, considering accessibility, aesthetics, and functionality. In collaboration with internal and external teams.

Definition and Product Management

  • Establish the technical and functional specifications of the charging station, in alignment with market expectations and the strategic objectives of the company.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle of hardware, from initial design to end-of-life, including development, launch, and support phases.
  • Collect and analyze user and customer feedback to guide product improvements and future innovations.
  • Management and development of various products (hardware and/or software) of equipment installed at the station.

Selection and Positioning of Charging Points

  • Select the most suitable types of charging points based on identified needs and optimize their positioning within the stations for maximum accessibility and a smooth user experience.
  • Lead the internal development of the AC Kino Pro charging station.

Monitoring and Improving Charging Points

Monitor and analyze the performance of charging points, identify potential issues, and propose improvements to optimize reliability and efficiency.

Project Management

Manage projects from design to implementation, through testing and launch phases.

Competitive Intelligence and Market Analysis

  • Perform monitoring to identify trends and innovations that could improve the service offering.
  • Maintain active monitoring of technological and regulatory advancements in the electric vehicle and charging infrastructure sector.

Analytics and Data Management

Leverage collected data to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve the user experience at the station.

Hard Skills

  • Higher education in project management, user experience design, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of significant experience in user experience management, ideally in the electric mobility sector or associated services.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent understanding of technologies related to electric vehicles and their charging infrastructure.
  • Ability to analyze data to guide decision-making.
  • Advanced communication skills, with the ability to establish strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic vision to anticipate market evolutions and adapt the service offering accordingly.
