Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

By using the Rejobs.org website ("the Site"), operated by Automato, registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam, NL, VAT ID: NL003438225B18, represented by Jaroslav Holub, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.

Description of the Service

Rejobs.org provides a search service for current job opportunities in the renewable energy industry internationally. Job ads are aggregated from various sources on the internet, including Rejobs' Advertisers. When users click "Apply Now", they will be redirected to the employer's website where they can apply for the job.

There are no age restrictions for using the Site.

Newsletter Subscription

By opting into the Rejobs.org Newsletter, users agree to receive periodic emails containing updates, news, and promotions related to the renewable energy industry and the services offered by Rejobs.org. Users can subscribe to the Newsletter by providing a valid email address and clicking the "Subscribe" button on our website. Users have the right to unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each Newsletter email. Upon unsubscribing, users will no longer receive emails from the Rejobs.org Newsletter, though they may still receive other types of communication from Rejobs.org as described in our Privacy Policy.

Job Alerts

By providing their email address, users may opt-in to our "Job Alert" service. Users will receive email notifications about new job offers corresponding to the search parameters they have set. The User may at any given moment ask for the Job Alert Service to be deactivated for their email address. In the case of no use, the service may also be deactivated, in compliance with company procedures, but the User can register again at any time.

User Obligations and Conduct

Users of the Site are expected to use the service responsibly and only apply to jobs when they are genuinely interested.

Intellectual Property Rights

All job ads are either provided by Employers, or aggregated from various sources on the internet. Rejobs.org does not claim any credit for these ads but verifies that they are legitimate and currently active job openings. Copying and distributing original content from the Site, such as blog posts, is not allowed without our explicit acknowledgement.

We are distributors, not publishers, of the content supplied by Users and other third parties. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content made available by Users and other third parties are those of the respective author(s) and we are not responsible for any material posted by third parties. We cannot and do not endorse it in any way, we expressly disclaim any liability associated with material posted by third parties.

Privacy Policy

The use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://rejobs.org/fr/privacy-policy.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site or from any information, content, materials, or products included on or otherwise made available to you through the Site.
