Employers

  • Billing Data: We use Stripe to process payments. We may store invoicing details (name, address, VAT ID) for accounting and legal compliance.

Log Data

  • Our servers automatically log non-identifying data such as IP addresses, browser types, and operating systems, used primarily for security, technical diagnostics, and aggregated analytics.

No Sensitive Data

  • We do not collect sensitive personal data (health information, government IDs, etc.).

  • Employer Billing & Posting Data: Retained as long as needed for service provision, accounting, and legal compliance.
  • Log Data: Automatically deleted or anonymized within 1 year.
  • Newsletter & Job Alert Emails: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
