Project Development Manager

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Renewables Poland Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be identifying new business opportunities as well as expanding and developing the current ones. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by

• Identifying onshore wind and utility-scale solar PV business development opportunities in Poland
• Developing new business ideas up to a certain stage from which it would be taken over by project manager
• Continuously analyzing new projects and ongoing business cases and to present them internally
• Contributing for projects’ due diligence in M&A process
• Establishing and maintaining relationship with potential projects’ sellers, development partners, big landowners
• Following renewable energy industry trends and to apply the knowledge in the daily activity.

Required for this position

• Higher education in the Management, Economics, Construction, Engineering or Energy field
• Business development and/or project management experience in Energy or Infrastructure sectors
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and motivation to follow the latest trends
• Ability to build relationships, trust and respect within teams and with other stakeholders
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Ability to prioritize in order to meet project deadlines
• Result oriented, proactive person with flexibility and ability to adapt quickly as well as work in corporate culture.
