Job Description
ClimatePartner supports companies in decarbonisation. Our hybrid model combines software that simplifies and scales processes with expert advice at every step on the path to net zero - from calculating and reducing emissions to supporting climate projects and communicating transparently.

What you will do
- You will advise the management and business division management teams on the implementation of legal requirements and support ClimatePartner in all national and international legal matters
- You will take on the technical and disciplinary management of an international legal team currently consisting of three employees and manage external lawyers across all national and international legal areas
- You will accompany ClimatePartner in its international orientation and provide support when advice is needed
- You will review, support and negotiate M&A and joint venture transactions
- You will advise on matters relating to company, trademark and labour law
- You will be responsible for independently drafting, negotiating and advising on all national and international contracts relevant to ClimatePartner
Who you are
- You have passed the first and second state law examinations with distinction and, ideally, you also have a Master of Law (LLM) degree
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a large law firm and/or a law firm focusing on the sustainability sector and have also gained experience in business.
- Ideally, you have experience in managing and developing employees
- You are interested in climate protection and sustainability and are keen to learn about climate neutrality
- You are able to familiarise yourself with complex business processes and understand complex structure
- You are results-oriented, forward-thinking and structured
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
- You are fluent in German and English
