Electrical Supervisor (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

• You consistently implement HSE/safety requirements on the construction site and decisively intervene in case of violations-nothing runs without you.
• You take on technical leadership of the commissioned companies in the proper execution of electrical installations.
• You ensure quantity and quality at the installation companies and immediately initiate corrective actions if requirements are not met.
• You ensure a timely completion so that the wind turbine is commissioned correctly.
• You review plant-related reports for completeness, accuracy, and current documentation.
• You actively participate in project meetings and contribute your expertise.
• You record defective or missing components and promptly forward the need to the construction manager.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as an electrician/mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification.
• You are willing to work in a 10/4 model (10 days on site from Monday to Saturday, followed by 4 days off).
• Travel willingness mainly within Germany, occasionally within Austria and the Netherlands.
• You are height-safe and in good physical condition.
• You have solid computer skills, especially MS Office.
• You have good English skills, both spoken and written.
• You are resilient, possess problem-solving skills, and communicate transparently.
• You hold a valid Class B driving license.
