Job Description
Are you a proactive, structured and service-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment?
As Executive Assistant to the President of Power & Controls, you will play a key role in securing overview, coordination and seamless execution across the business. In this position, you will support strategic decision-making, manage critical governance processes and act as a trusted point of contact for leaders, partners and key stakeholders.
You will join a dedicated team of Executive Assistants, where collaboration, professionalism and mutual support are at the core of how we work. To succeed in this role, you bring a high level of discretion, strong relationship-building skills and a natural sense of urgency.
You are known for delivering high-quality work, taking initiative and keeping a calm, polished presence - even when priorities shift. Responsibilities
- Management Governance, i.e. planning, preparing, and facilitating management and off-site meetings.
- Maintain yearly wheel.
- Maintaining distributions lists, TEAMS channels and SharePoint sites.
- Preparing presentations for meetings, Townhalls and customer visits.
- Travel arrangements, expense reports, and visa applications.
- May lead special projects or initiatives.
- Primary gatekeeper and confidant for the President.
- Manages President's calendar, strategic priorities, and decision-prep.
- Support and review board related material.
- Manages priorities, preps President for meetings, review communications.
- Coordinates across departments.
- Oversees communication flow (internal & external).
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly.
Our requirements
- Have a relevant education within office administration and experience from roles such as PA, Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator or similar.
- Are structured, organized and known for keeping an overview - even with many tasks in play.
- Are experienced with Microsoft Office and comfortable working in digital systems; SharePoint experience is an advantage.
- Have a good eye for visual quality and can prepare professional presentation material.
- Build strong relationships and communicate professionally with colleagues, partners, and visitors.
- Take initiative, work independently, and follow tasks through to completion.
- Thrive in an international environment and contribute positively to the team atmosphere.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Communicate fluently in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
