    • Partner with VP, Revenue Strategy & Operations to ensure systems architecture supports GTM strategy
    • Collaborate with Software Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between GTM systems work and downstream workflows and data requirements
    • Gather, document, and translate business needs into clear system requirements and user stories for Salesforce Administrator
    • Prioritize competing requests and manage expectations across teams
    • Ensure requirements align with Salesforce and vendor platform best practices
    • Serve as primary GTM business contact for Salesforce Administrators
    • Manage inbound GTM systems request queue, prioritize work, and adhere to SLAs
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all GTM systems
    • Design and implement workflows and automation that improve GTM efficiency
    • Optimize existing integrations based on usage and feedback
    • Maintain system documentation including process guides and architecture diagrams
    • Coordinate vendor implementations and ensure integration success
    • Define integration requirements, data flows, and field mappings
    • Partner with Salesforce Administrator on technical integration execution
    • Partner with Revenue Operations Analysts on reporting requirements
    • Ensure systems architecture supports reporting needs in Salesforce and BI tools
    • Build and maintain for GTM leadership
    • Provide data and insights on system usage and productivity impact
    • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains based on data
    • Create system documentation and user guides
    • Partner with Sales Enablement on training for new tools and system changes
    • Drive adoption of new systems and workflows
    • Communicate system updates and changes to stakeholders

Skills You'd Have

  • This is what we're looking for:
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and common GTM integrations
    • Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, 6sense, Klue, or similar platforms
    • Understanding of API integrations, data mapping, and system architecture
    • Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (Salesforce reports/dashboards, Sigma, BI platforms)
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM processes (sales, marketing, customer success)
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
    • Ability to prioritize competing requests and manage expectations
    • Systems thinking-ability to design for scale, efficiency, and future growth
    • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

Experience You'll Need

  • 5+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
  • 3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration or business analyst experience
  • Proven track record implementing and managing GTM tech stacks (CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, conversation intelligence, etc.)
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutions

Experience That's a Plus

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst Certification
  • Experience with Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or contract management systems (Ironclad, DocuSign)
