Delta Green is a #greentech startup transforming the energy sector - starting in Czechia, but aiming much further. Our mission is to connect households to the rhythm of the planet and push Europe closer to a sustainable energy future. With our technology, we're already helping people use electricity smarter and cheaper while supporting the growth of renewables. We're a small punk-minded team (36 people) with big ambitions. You'll get tons of space to build, experiment, and make real things happen.

What you'll do

  • Lead and grow our sales activities across European markets.
  • Own and develop the sales pipeline - from outreach to closing.
  • Work closely with our 2 Business Development colleagues who handle active outreach, while staying involved in the process yourself (approx. 20% of your time). We believe it's the only way to keep a pulse on the market and see first-hand what (doesn't) work.
  • Take the time to deeply understand our product, our mission, and how we bring value to customers - no slide-reading robots here.
  • Collaborate directly with our Chief Product Officer, Jan Hicl, and CEO, David Brožík, on strategy and execution.
  • Partner with our Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to make sure customer feedback shapes how we grow.
  • Adapt sales approaches to different customer segments and geographies.
  • Bring in your insights to co-create our go-to-market strategy.
  • Be the face of Delta Green to potential partners in B2B energy sector.

What we're looking for

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in a self-directed sales role (**medior level)**.
  • Previous work in a tech-focused startup or international scale-up.
  • Solid grasp of how sales pipelines work and how to build and manage one.
  • High motivation to truly understand our product and its impact.
  • English at C1-C2 level.
  • One more language at a similar level or Czech is a bonus, but not required.

The first step will be a short online prescreening call with our People Manager, Bára. You'll align expectations around the role, the company, ways of working, and a potential start date.

Next comes Round 1, an online interview with our Chief Product Officer, Jan Hicl, and one of our Marketing team members (Pavla or Vojta).

After that, you'll receive a practical case study - nothing that takes a full day, but a realistic scenario you might actually deal with in the role.

The final (3rd) round will take place in person, in a relaxed, informal setting in our office. This is also where you'll meet other company founders, so we can get to know each other beyond video calls and see if we're a good human fit.
