Project Manager - Service, Offshore Wind (m/w/d)

Would you like to take ownership of offshore wind service projects and help drive safe, efficient and commercially strong project execution? We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who combines offshore wind expertise with strong people leadership and customer-facing skills.

In your new position as Project Manager in the Service division, you will be a valuable member of a dedicated team working to deliver offshore wind service projects safely, efficiently and in close collaboration with our customers. You will play a key role in ensuring strong project execution while balancing technical, commercial and people-related responsibilities. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector.

Your place of work will be either Hamburg or Bremen. The position is full-time, and you can expect a certain level of travel in relation to offshore operations and customer activities.

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading offshore wind service projects with full ownership of project delivery, customer coordination and commercial performance.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Managing offshore wind service projects under service contracts from start to completion
• Leading teams of technicians and coordinating offshore support functions to ensure efficient execution
• Taking commercial and technical responsibility for project performance, including profit and loss ownership
• Acting as the main customer interface throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring strong stakeholder management
• Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities

Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for a structured and proactive Project Manager who is passionate about offshore wind and motivated by leading projects, people and customer collaboration in a dynamic service environment. You combine technical understanding with commercial awareness and know how to create results through strong leadership and clear communication.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

• Experience in running offshore wind projects under service contracts
• A track record of at least 5 years within offshore wind
• People leadership experience, including managing teams of technicians and offshore support functions
• Commercial and technical knowledge enabling you to take profit and loss responsibility
• Fluency in English and German, allowing you to communicate confidently also on contract-related matters
