To continue our growth journey in 2025 and beyond, KK Wind Solutions is seeking a strategic Key Account Manager, Service for our expansion in the US market (KK Wind Solutions enhances US expansion plans).

KK Wind Solutions is a leading systems supplier to the renewable energy industry. Our capabilities span developing state-of-the-art technologies, high-quality lean manufacturing, and flexible aftermarket services. KK Wind Solutions is owned by A.P. Moller Holding, an investment company and the parent company of the A.P. Moller Maersk. With a strong foundation built over 40 years, they are now building their business in the US with ambitious plans for growth.

Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager, Service will play a vital role in expanding KK Wind Solutions' presence in the US market. This role involves driving the full sales process from business development to deal closure, managing and nurturing key client relationships, and aligning solutions with customer needs.

The incumbent will influence decision-making and promote KK Wind Solutions' portfolio through clear, persuasive communication and strategic problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with key influencers, decision makers, building strong long-term client relationships that drive revenue growth
  • Provide proactive account management and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Manage the entire sales process including pipeline management, presentations, sales budgets, forecasting, negotiations, contract execution, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and executive leadership to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences and other relevant marketing events.

Requirements

  • You should have proven successful track record in B2B Account Management involving technically complex solutions and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or technical degree preferred.
  • Experience in the wind industry is desired but will consider experience in other renewables, power/utilities, or the oil and gas industry.
  • Service/sparts and/or project sales experience is required. Electrical engineering experience would be an advantage.
  • Hands-on and fully committed to managing sales processes and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Desire to be a part of an ambitious culture with a strong team spirit and drive.

Location

This role is based in KK Wind Solutions’ office in Houston, with flexibility for hybrid work.
