Objectives

Manage and carry out customer product returns in compliance with deadlines and Enedis specifications.

Analyze malfunctions

Participate in the improvement proposal

Missions Entrusted

• Guarantee the quality of product expertise and compliance with the procedure
• Carry out the expertise of the devices in customer feedback (concentrators, Linky, SME PMI meters ...) and intervene on other products as needed
• Update all associated documentation (comics, etc....)
• Prepare and provide statistics, summaries necessary for Quality reporting (defect rate, pareto breakdowns,...) in compliance with deadlines
• Participate in customer meetings (e.g. REX), providing expertise on the causes of defects
• Participate in the definition of test procedures on new equipment
• Participate in the development of action plans following the identification of new defects
