How to Contribute to Our Vision

• Understands the functional dependencies as well as Business needs in the area of the controlling function (focus on manufacturing controlling)
• Facilitates solution alignment across Business Units and factories
• Works closely with IT , Integration Architects and Process Experts
• Ensure implementation of usable solutions that provide Business benefits
• Support in validation of Business requirements, business case creation and address demands to process governance organization according to process area
• Participation in projects and tasks within defined area of responsibility

Responsibilities Include

• Responsible for ensuring business process and functional solution work across systems for assigned area or responsibility within a Capability Cluster
• Ensures, that corporate guidelines are considered correctly during design
• Designs and implements strategy for assigned area of respective Capability Cluster
• Point of contact to the Business in case of Demands are arising
• Support and contribute in requirement definition, designing, implementing and testing to ensure mature processes within area of responsibility

What You Need to Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:

• Master/ bachelor’s degree in business economics, Information management or similar
• Experience in Controlling functions of SAP (preferably Manufacturing-related) of more than 2 years
• Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to work in a complex environment
• Business understanding in the industrial B2B context is beneficial (Wind OEM or comparable industries)
• Experience in IT Requirements Engineering techniques
• Proven IT / Digital Project management capabilities, methods and tools, preferably experience in agile PM and outstanding communication skills.
• Fluent English skills: fluent
