What your day would look like

As our new Product Manager for Commercial Charging, you'll take the lead of Zaptec's charging solutions beyond the home - from fleet and workplace charging to public installations like streets and supermarkets. You'll join a curious and collaborative team shaping the next generation of customer-centric charging experiences.

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on drive - someone who thrives where technology meets real-world impact.

Every day here is a little different - and that's exactly how we like it. You'll work side by side with researchers, designers, and engineers to ensure our commercial charging portfolio stays ahead of the market and delivers real value for customers and for Zaptec.

Some days you'll

• Define a clear vision for the commercial charging segment and communicate it across teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth market and customer research to uncover needs, trends, and opportunities.
• Prioritise initiatives that bring the most value to users and to our business.
• Collaborate with our subsidiaries to capture and synthesise market-specific insights.
• Champion a customer-centric mindset across Zaptec - turning empathy and creativity into action.
• Monitor segment performance, continuously learning and iterating.

You'll have a big impact, a lot of responsibility, and plenty of freedom to shape how things are done.

As for the skills required for this job

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in tech or automotive.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, insight-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with EV charging or hardware/software ecosystems is a nice bonus.
