Regionale Brand & Communications Stagiair

Job Description

To provide operational and project support across the Brand, Communications & Sustainability team, contributing to regional communications, branding, employee engagement and corporate events while gaining broad exposure to corporate communications within a multinational organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of external and internal communications campaigns, including select employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of regional events, leadership visits, town halls and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Draft, edit and proofread internal communications, newsletter articles, intranet content and event communications.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare media monitoring reports and communications summaries.
• Assist with content production work for corporate social media channels, including copywriting, content scheduling and visual coordination.
• Coordinate photography, videography and creative production with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Support brand governance by maintaining templates, marketing communications collateral and digital assets.
• Assist with social impact/ volunteering communications where required.
• Provide general project coordination and operational support across the BCS portfolio during periods of peak workload.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn.
