Job Description

As a Senior Integration Program Manager, you will take a leadership role in overseeing the successful delivery of critical business integration projects. You will be responsible for driving strategic alignment, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that integration efforts are executed effectively, on time, within budget and meet the defined objectives. This role involves managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to drive successful change and ensure business continuity throughout the integration process.

This role requires you to lead the creation and governance of structured program frameworks, facilitate alignment between IT and business teams, and resolve complex challenges to enable seamless integration. You will own the overall coordination of resources, communication, and risk management, ensuring that integration objectives are achieved and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

With a focus on both strategy and execution, you will act as a key advisor to stakeholders, fostering collaboration, addressing risks, and ensuring that integration processes are scalable, standardized, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, detailing resources, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate across departments, business units, and IT to align objectives.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Ensure alignment between project goals and overall business strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned from previous programs and projects into future plans.
• Drive and facilitate the creation and standardization of a global process template to streamline operations across all regions.
• Lead discussions to resolve technical challenges, assess risks, and define IT priorities.

Our requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing transformation or large-scale projects, or (5+ years) in a top-tier consulting firm.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., SAFe, PRINCE2, LEAN) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of global process design, and transformation strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks and solve complex problems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
