As Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and improving end‑to‑end billing journeys, driving change that delivers accurate, fair and compliant outcomes for customers.

You will lead and influence the business in delivering customer‑centric billing activities while meeting regulatory and licence obligations, analysing complex billing data across high volumes and multiple sources to identify billing defects, customer detriment and compliance risks.

Working closely with the SAP Centre of Excellence, Billing Operations and Sales teams, you will identify and manage system and process improvements across bill production, rebilling, adjustments and backbilling. You will track and monitor key billing performance, control and regulatory metrics, transforming data into actionable insight that reduces billing errors, complaints and regulatory exposure.

Empowering decision‑makers across Customer Business, you will ensure that customer impact, fairness and regulatory compliance are at the heart of every billing change, clearly articulating how decisions affect customer experience, trust and financial outcomes.

What you'll bring

With a solid analytical foundation (a mathematical or science-based degree desirable), you will focus on influencing outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement and operational change. You will use data to shape conversations, support decision‑making, and drive improvements across end‑to‑end processes.

Working with Python, SQL and Power BI, you will turn complex information into insight that resonates with both technical and non‑technical audiences. Your strength lies in building trusted relationships, connecting teams, and leading change-using analysis as an enabler rather than the end goal.
