Projektový manažer digitalizace AI (m/ž/d)

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the AI Adoption and Innovation team at Ignitis Group. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and applying artificial intelligence technologies across the Group to enhance digital maturity and create meaningful value for both customers and employees. This role focuses on AI solution adoption, pilot execution, and business value creation rather than hands-on model development.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by

• Proposing and implementing artificial intelligence ideas that will transform tomorrow's digital customer and employee experiences
• Monitoring market trends, analysing artificial intelligence application opportunities, and implementing pilot projects for proposed ideas
• Executing digitization projects of varying scales, from MVP solutions in small teams to broad technology applications at the group level.
• Organizing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives aimed at upskilling employees and increasing adoption of AI solutions
• Driving artificial intelligence adoption by supporting users, gathering feedback, and continuously improving AI solutions based on real usage
• Collaborating with business units, IT teams, and external partners to identify AI use cases and ensure successful delivery and adoption

Required for this position

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and other artificial intelligence solutions, including supporting or enabling others to use them effectively
• At least one year of experience in project management, with a good understanding of the key actions required to deliver successful projects
• Proven understanding of the value of rapid prototyping, MVPs, or pilot projects, with direct involvement in their delivery
• Experience in applying artificial intelligence solutions in business environments
• Proactive approach and demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills (spoken and written)

Salary range for this position group

is 3770 to 5670 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
