Job Description

Ulteig is currently seeking qualified candidates for a CAD Technician opening. The CAD Technician supports the Substation group of engineers by providing technical drafting support and creating construction drawings/designs under close supervision.

What You'll Do

Successful candidates will complete tasks within the Substation department designing/drafting projects. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and work well within a team.

What We Expect from You

• Two year technical degree or currently enrolled in school for Technical Drafting preferred
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is required
• Knowledge of Microstation is a plus
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit software a plus
• Proven experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
• Knowledge in substation electrical protection and control and/or physical design would be beneficial
• Good organization and communication skills to assure projects are completed on schedule
• Must have permanent authorization to work in US

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Hourly Base Compensation Range for this role is $24.75 - $31.50
Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
