Service Delivery Specialist (m/w/d)

Job Description

We're looking for a full-time Service Delivery Specialist that to provide the best user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed our customer demands. You will be joining the Product team, working hand in hand with the Service Delivery Team.

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will provide high-performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary.

Your Challenge

• Managing all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensuring all product/technical, quality and business targets are met
  • Client’s projects
  • R&D projects
• Overseeing the development of project plan documents and follow-up meetings in relation to scope and schedule
• Identifying, analyzing, and addressing project risks and business outcomes, with the regular sharing of lessons learned.
• Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements
• Carry out daily project related activities including software configuration, maintenance of project plans, and co-ordination with teams across the business.
• Establish and maintain weekly reporting, by setting up regular internal and external team meetings, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior management
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide support in other internal tasks such as reporting, internal workshops, etc.

Must-haves

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree (B. S., M.S.) in Energy Markets/Engineering/Sustainability or relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in a digital and energy field, preferably in a multinational environment
• Experience in Project Management
• Be comfortable using the Atlassian Suite of applications (Confluence, Jira)
• Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think outside the box
• Customer oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills.
• Very fluent in English

Nice-to-have

• Fluent in other European languages (German, French, Dutch, etc)
• The ideal candidate will already hold a project management qualification such as APM, PMI or Prince2
• Master's degree related to renewable energy.
• Knowledge of agile/scrum processes and principles.
