Job Description
Every day, we work together for what matters - bold, swift, and equitable climate action.
3Degrees is a leading B Corp in the sustainability sector, on a mission to empower organizations to transition towards a net-zero future. We achieve this by offering a comprehensive suite of sustainability solutions, including helping clients source renewable energy, investing in carbon avoidance projects, and implementing decarbonization strategies.

The Consultant position conducts research and analysis to support the delivery of client work under the direction of senior-level team members. 3Degrees' consulting engagements focus on developing and implementing renewable energy and carbon reduction solutions for large organizations. Our work aims to reduce emissions of energy supplies - both electricity and thermal - and enable growing organizations to adopt these solutions within robust sustainability programs.
This is a full-time position reporting to our Manager, Power Markets. We value camaraderie, team collaboration, and the benefits of in-person connection, while offering flexibility. For this role we prefer candidates who are excited to join us in a voluntary, flexible hybrid work style in our New York, NY or Portland, ME office.
