Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Produkt-Workshops beim Kunden, speziell Aufnahme und analytische Aufarbeitung von Kundenideen und -anforderungen an Produkte als technische Anforderungen
Beratung von Neukunden bei der Einführung und Nutzung von Produkten
Beratung von Bestandskunden im Kontext der Verwendung von Produkten wie z.B. die Durchführung von Installateursschulungen
Entwurf von Solution Designs in Abstimmung mit dem Team Platform Architecture, z.B. für den Abgleich der Kundenanforderungen mit Services aus der GCP
Analyse und Machbarkeitsbewertung zur Integration neuer Hardware in das Kiwigrid-Ökosystem
Erstellung von technischen Prototypen in Abstimmung mit dem Team Product Labs
Pflege und Strukturierung der Idea-Backlogs in Abstimmung mit dem Team Product Management

Dein Profil

erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z.B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik usw.
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit komplexen IT-Projekten und Architekturen
hervorragende Kenntnisse informationeller Grundkonzepte wie z.B. Software-Architektur, Programmiersprachen und Design Patterns
Erfahrung in der Hard- und Softwareentwicklung, speziell in der geräteübergreifenden Kommunikation
sehr hohes technisches Verständnis sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
tiefgehende Erfahrungen in der Anforderungsanalyse / Requirements Engineering
