Ihre Aufgaben

Bearbeitung von Kundenfragen inkl. technischer Beratung der Solarwatt-Partner, Installateure und Endkunden im Innendienst
Vor-Ort-Unterstützung unsere Kundne bei technischen Fragen, Fehlersuche, (Fern-) Diagnostik sowie Fehlerbehbung (vorraging per Telefonhotline)
Organisation von Serviceeinsätzen durch Fachpartner inkl. Prüfung der Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit
Unterstützung sowie Planung komplexer Anlagenkonstellationen und bei der Inbetriebnahme von Produkten der Sektorenkopplung
Analyse von Fehlerbildern und Störungsursachen sowie Ableiten und Erstellen von Behebungsstrategien
Indentifizieren von technischen Produktschwachstellen sowie Klärung komplexer Fehler in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement, der Qualitäts Abteilung sowie unseren Zulieferen

Ihr Profil

abgeschlossenes Studium auf Bachelor-Niveau oder abgeschlossene Fortbildung als Meister/ Techniker im technischen Bereich (oder verlgeichbarer Abschluss)
mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Customer Support/Service
Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu erkennen und zu erfüllen
Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch ihre Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Stressresistenz und Gewissenhaftigkeit aus
Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch sehr gut / Englisch fortgeschrittener Anfänger
