Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Material Center materials flow, manage material inventory.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze material-related data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to monitor material performance metrics (inventory levels, usage rates, cost efficiency, etc.).
  • Perform trend analysis and forecasting on material consumption, inventory requirements, and costs to support procurement and production planning.
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in material management and provide data-backed solutions to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to ensure accurate material demand planning and inventory optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze material cost fluctuations and their impact on overall operations and profitability.
  • Support supplier performance evaluations by analyzing delivery timelines, quality metrics, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate records in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and conducting regular audits.
  • Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain Management, Materials Science, or an engineering field
