Job Description
We are hiring - Procurement Specialist (Direct Sourcing) / Especialista em Compras Diretas
Job Title: Procurement Specialist - Direct Sourcing
Location: São Paulo - SP
Work Model: On-site
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the sourcing strategy for direct procurement of the category/items under your responsibility in close collaboration with the Chinese procurement team;
- Develop and negotiate with suppliers;
- Lead cost reduction projects;
- Conduct supplier negotiations and implement contracts;
- Coordinate meetings and performance of the cross-functional commodity team;
- Ensure suppliers support GW's goals in terms of cost, delivery, quality, and safety;
- Lead supplier relationship management and performance oversight.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics;
- Experience in Direct Procurement within multinational companies;
- Knowledge and experience in cross-functional collaboration (Category Management);
- Knowledge of the wind industry and related products;
- Strong communication skills, including fluent English;
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
- SAP experience.
