We are now looking for an Agreement Delivery Coordinator to join our marine agreements team. The location for the position is in Marseille, France.
What will you be doing
As an Agreement Delivery Coordinator, you will be essential part of the contract core team delivering the maintenance agreements to our customers.
The Agreement Delivery Coordinator is supporting in the maintenance agreement execution. This includes taking a proactive approach to prepare engine preventive maintenance interventions.
- Coordinate spare part deliveries
- Securing field service resources for the maintenance tasks
- Ensuring the necessary special tools are available for the maintenance interventions
- Coordinating workshop maintenance tasks
- Consult with Wärtsilä technical experts
- Consult with other suppliers and subcontractors
This is to ensure that the maintenance tasks are executed in the set time frame without delays. This requires continuous communication with the customers, as well as other Wartsila departments. In the role you are also focusing on the cost to serve and customer satisfaction. For the major maintenance interventions create a maintenance execution plan with timelines, actions and cost estimates.
Supports customers to manage unforeseen issues. With urgency manage the necessary parts and coordinate the resources to minimise the impact.
Timely process the maintenance task reporting, and trigger invoicing process.
Participate in customer meetings
To be successful in this role we expect you to have
Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or similar
Work experience: Few years' experience in a similar role preferred
Langue requirement: Native in French and excellent knowledge in English
Following competencies: proactiveness, focus on achieving results, ability to keep overview of many ongoing activities, detail oriented and organized, excellent communication skills
Experience with SAP and Service Work Force is a plus
