Responsibilities
- Implementeren van veiligheidsbeleid en -normen binnen DEME Environmental
- Toezien op naleving en uitvoeren van audits op projectlocaties
- Onderzoeken van incidenten en terugkoppeling geven aan Operations
- Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van plannen, procedures en werkinstructies
- Ontwikkelen en leveren van templates voor veiligheidsbeheersystemen
- Bevorderen van veiligheidsbewustzijn via trainingen en workshops
- Beoordelen van de effectiviteit van veiligheidsmaatregelen op basis van risicobeoordeling
- Adviseren van projectmanagement over veiligheid op de werkplek
- Onderhouden van constructieve relaties met medewerkers en klanten op locatie
Requirements
- Bachelor- of masteropleiding in engineering of wetenschappen gerelateerd aan preventie/QHSE
- Diploma Preventieadviseur niveau 1 of bereidheid om dit te behalen
- Ervaring met QHSE en/of veiligheidsbeheersystemen is een plus, geen vereiste
- Analytisch denkvermogen en nauwkeurigheid
- Servicegericht en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus
- Bereidheid om te werken in Zwijndrecht en flexibel projectlocaties te bezoeken
- Passie voor veiligheid en zin in een gevarieerde rol
