As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Project Controller to join our expanding Advisory & Analytics team and help us shape the future of clean energy.
About the Team
Our Project Management Office (PMO) is a collaborative, supportive hub that empowers project managers across Natural Power. We drive successful project delivery through hands-on support in project setup, financial tracking, process improvement, and training.
As a Project Controller, you'll be at the heart of this team - working closely with Project Managers and Finance to ensure our renewable projects run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
What You'll Do
- Manage project setup, maintenance, and closure activities in our ERP system (IFS)
- Support Project Managers with budget tracking, WIP (work-in-progress), and invoicing
- Coordinate inter-company input across the wider Natural Power Group
- Respond to client queries around fees, invoicing, and variations
- Liaise with the Finance team and contribute to annual budget processes
- Help streamline project-related processes and drive operational improvements
What You'll Bring
- Experience in project controls, project support, or financial administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems (like IFS) is a bonus
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
