Das erwartet Dich
Als Referent:in der Geschäftsführung fungierst Du als kompetente Schnittstelle zwischen der Geschäftsführung und internen Fachbereichen sowie unseren Kunden und Partnern. Mit einem guten Gespür für unternehmerische Zusammenhänge sowie einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe verantwortest und realisierst Du eine reibungslose Umsetzung von Abläufen im Tagesgeschäft und Projekten im direkten Auftrag der Geschäftsführung und unterstützt diese vorausschauend.
Deine Aufgaben
- Schnittstelle zwischen der Geschäftsleitung und internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern
- Priorisierung und selbstständige Bearbeitung von verschiedenen Themenstellungen sowie Monitoring und Analyse aktueller Projekte der Geschäftsleitung
- Selbstständige Durchführung von internen Projekten zur Optimierung der Geschäftstätigkeit
- Koordination, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Workshops und Events
- Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Aktive Begleitung von strategischen Wachstums- und Veränderungsprozessen
Wen wir suchen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Energietechnik, Erneuerbare Energien oder einer anderen Ingenieurwissenschaft
- 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Feld der Energiewirtschaft oder im Beratungsumfeld
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Power Point, Excel und Power BI
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens
- Souveränes Auftreten und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Freude an Teamarbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
