Job Description
Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced Production Engineer (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!

Your tasks in the net zero journey
- Plan, execute, and improve production processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure production targets are met on time, within quality standards, and cost-effectively.
- Analyze bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize utilization of machinery, equipment, and workforce to increase production capacity.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards in all production activities.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, and maintenance teams during new product implementation.
- Prepare production reports and present them during morning meetings with management
- Work closely with supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams to manage production processes effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production or process engineering (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Good command of German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
