Deine Aufgaben

Strategische Arbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Country Manager Germany bei Strategiepapieren, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Projekten zur Geschäftsentwicklung.
Recruiting & Onboarding: Gestaltung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses inkl. Stellenausschreibungen, Interviews und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter.
Mitarbeiterbetreuung: Aufbau einer positiven Unternehmenskultur, Ansprechperson bei Anliegen und Konfliktlösung.
Performance Management: Begleitung von Feedback- und Beurteilungsprozessen, Unterstützung bei Entwicklungsplänen.
Weiterbildung: Ermittlung von Trainingsbedarfen und Organisation von Entwicklungsmaßnahmen.
HR-Administration: Pflege der Personalakten, Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Einhaltung von Arbeitsrecht und internen Richtlinien mit Bamboo
Mitarbeiterbindung: Planung und Umsetzung von Teamevents und Initiativen zur Förderung der Motivation.

Dein Profil

Studium in BWL, Personalmanagement, Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar.
3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer kombinierten HR-/Accounting-Rolle, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und HR-Prozessen.
Sichere Anwendung von Buchhaltungsgrundsätzen, Reporting und gängiger Software (z. B. SAP, QuickBooks).
Strukturierte, detailorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
Vertraulichkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen.
Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau (C2), Englisch fließend (C1).
