Based in our Taipei office, you will be part of PEAK Wind's project team, responsible for delivering advanced SCADA, Operational Technology (OT), and Cyber Security solutions for offshore wind projects. You will define and negotiate technical requirements, support network and system design, and help implement secure, reliable, and high-performing digital infrastructures that enable efficient and resilient offshore wind farm operations.

Experienced SCADA Consultant with Holistic Mindset
We are looking for a technically skilled and motivated professional with a strong background in SCADA and Operational Technology (OT), ideally with at least five years of experience in SCADA, ICS, or OT systems within the utilities or energy sector. You hold a degree in Electrical, Computer, or Automation Engineering or bring equivalent hands-on experience backed by relevant industry certifications.
You have a solid understanding of industrial networking and cybersecurity within OT environments, and experience in the design, testing, and implementation of SCADA and ICT systems. You are confident working with vendors and service providers to define technical requirements, review solutions, and ensure smooth integration across complex project interfaces. Experience with SCADA platforms such as WinCC OA, MicroSCADA, or EcoStruxure, along with familiarity in cybersecurity standards like IEC 62443 or ISO 27001/27019, will be a strong advantage. Vendor or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNP, or ISA/IEC 62443) are beneficial.
You are proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded, able to balance technical detail with project delivery. As a clear communicator, you build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Fluency in English is required, while Mandarin language skills are considered a plus.
